個人情報保護方針

ビジョナリーホールディングスグループ 個人情報保護方針

株式会社ビジョナリーホールディングスおよびそのグループ各社（以下「当社グループ」）は、お客様、取引先、株主、従業員等の皆さまの個人情報を適切に取り扱うことが、企業としての社会的責務であると認識し、以下のとおり「個人情報保護方針」を定め、その継続的な見直しと改善に努めます。

1．法令等の遵守

当社グループは、個人情報保護法その他関係法令・ガイドラインを遵守し、適正かつ公正な手段で個人情報を取得・利用・提供・保管・管理いたします。

取得した個人情報は、以下の目的の範囲内で利用いたします。

3．保有個人データに関する公表事項

  4. 業務委託先に委託する場合（委託先への適切な監督を実施）
  5. 4.「共同利用」に定めるグループ内での共同利用
  6. 広告配信の最適化および効果測定を目的として、Google、Meta（旧Facebook）などの広告配信プラットフォームに対し、お客様のメールアドレスやクッキー等の技術を利用して収集された個人関連情報をハッシュ化（不可逆的な暗号化）した上で提供することがあります。これらの情報は、広告配信プラットフォームにおいて当社の広告表示や類似ユーザーへの広告配信に限定して利用され、お客様個人が識別されることはありません。また、提供にあたっては、個人情報保護法その他関係法令に基づき、適正な方法で行い、提供先において不正使用や再提供が行われないよう配慮いたします。

【オプトアウト（第三者提供の停止）について】

このような広告配信に関する個人情報の第三者提供を希望されない場合は、当社の下記問い合わせ窓口までご連絡いただくことで、対象となる広告配信から除外する手続をお申し出いただけます。 また、お客様ご自身にて各広告プラットフォームが提供するオプトアウトページから広告表示の制限を行うことも可能です。

※オプトアウト後も広告表示自体は継続されますが、個人情報に基づくターゲティング広告は行われなくなります。

当社グループでは、ウェブサイトの利用状況の把握や広告配信の最適化のために、Cookie、広告識別子（IDFA/AAID）、Webビーコン等の技術を利用しています。これらにより収集される情報には、お客様個人を直接識別する情報（氏名・住所・電話番号等）は含まれておりません。

なお、今回の改定では、以下の点について新たな項目が追加・明確化されています。

This information is used solely for displaying our advertisements and distributing advertisements to similar users on advertising distribution platforms, and individual customers cannot be identified. When providing such information, we do so through appropriate methods based on the Personal Information Protection Act and other relevant laws, and take care to prevent unauthorized use or re-provision by the recipients.
